Lawyers are obliged by law in the BRAO to take out professional liability insurance. The minimum insurance sum is € 250,000.00 per insured event.

Avoidance of conflicts of interest:

Lawyers are prohibited by professional regulations from representing conflicting interests (Section 43a (4) BRAO). Before accepting a mandate, we therefore always check whether there is a conflict of interest.
